Sherman Camping Trip

We went camping for 5 days with the Sherman family up Beaver mountain. It wasn't the same without Tyler though! We have missed him so much! Including all the adults, we also had 6 kids under the age of 5 and 3 dogs to watch after.... which means we stayed busy!

Here's Tyler's Dad trying to get cell phone service by finding the right spot. He was fun to watch.

The kids were fascinated with their Uncle E showing his mad skills of wood chopping.

Makenzie helped with stacking the wood by the firepit.

Enjoying some watermelon!

Gavin loves loves loves dogs.
Here he is playing with Mocha.

Jordan in the morning trying to get warm.
I love those mountain cool mornings!
Ready to go four-wheeling.
Uncle Will with the kids!
Poor Kia! I just love this picture because it shows the exact emotion she was feeling--exhausted. She ran so much that first day that she just lazed around the rest of the time.
Trying to play ball and keep the youngest two out of the dirt for awhile!
Dirty Face #1
Dirty Face #2

Dirty Face #3
Okay-- Gavin really had more than a dirty face. The pictures hardly represent how dirty he got!

Yes, he got a bath every night, but you wouldn't know that even a half hour after!

King of the mountain!
He definitely sharpened his walking skills that week.
He is full on walking now!

The kids favorite part of camping was the four-wheeling, which we did every morning. They loved to just play on them and pretend the rest of the day.

Basking in the mountain sun in a cool reclining camp chair!
I think this picture is so funny with Errin and her dog Sampson.
( We got them hooked on the Hunger Games.)
Just trying to corral the two trouble makers so we can enjoy a few RELAXing moments without worrying about them getting too close to the fire, eating dirt and rocks, or running away.
Gavin got his own tent!
Yes this little man almost made me go home after the first night was practically sleepless for me.
Luckily his own tent solved most of the problems!

The END!
