This little guy goes 100 mph nonstop all day. Bedtimes are hard because he just doesn't want to lay down! The bedtime battle is something that I will fight with him later. So this is how I found him one night after he finally just ran out of gas.

Enjoying the sunshine!!
Summer is moving right along. The kids were determined to have a lemonade stand. The neighborhood kids were their best customers!
Makenzie finished dance for the the school year with a huge show. It was quite the production. She did so well and definitely has some talent in that area. She did a tap dance to Blue Suede Shoes.
She then did a gymnastic number to show how limber she is.
Do you notice the hole in her tights? Without fail she ALWAYS gets a hole in her tights the first day she wears them.
She, of course, needed some performance flowers as well.
Makenzie is showing off her water creatures she found while we were out at our ward garden. She claims they are fish, but I don't know for sure. She is our animal and bug lover.
I did have a picture of Gavin naked outside playing in the hose, but I'll spare him the embarrassment in later years.
Beautiful Miss Ellionna....
Trying to capture her smile on camera... but haven't done it just yet.
She gave me 7 glorious hours of straight sleep last night!!!
And the husband comes home every night and does this in 2.5 seconds....
Counting down... 10 more days until he is back on a normal schedule AND officially done with his internship year. Only 2 more years to go!!!

To be a kid again...
1 Mommy + 1 Dad who is working crazy long ridiculous hours + 4 kids = Busy, Busy, Busy, and too exhausted to update the blog. But I must...
The kids kept using my sunglasses, so they each got a pair from the dollar store. Gavin has his on upside down. The lecture has been given that they are each responsible for their glasses. No more sunglasses if they break them or become lost. It's been 4 days and so far so good.
Miss Ellionna will be 6 weeks on Wednesday! She is a keeper! Such a good baby!
We got ONE day with Dad. We went on a picnic and went hiking. The kids were so excited to use the picnic basket that they got me for my birthday.
Such good little hikers! I was the only one that got a tick.
