I put Jordan down for an early nap today since we have church at one. He went down without a peep. It couldn't get any easier than that! A full 45 minutes later I decided to sneak in to grab the diaper bag. I found Jordan wide awake and very happy to show off his artwork. He had gotten into a bag of markers which were on his dresser and picked the lucky color of purple to draw on the wall, bed, and himself. Of course I just laughed... I'm the dumb one to leave the markers in his reach! He was a crab at church though with no nap.
A few weeks ago I was busy getting dinner ready, as the missionaries would be joining us that night. Just as they walked in, I spotted it, green marker ALL OVER our new recliner! AAHHH! Luckily with a little carpet cleaner, it came out without too much effort! Microfiber is amazing! We make a constant effort in keeping all writing utensils out of reach, but those kids are sneaky and find a way.

Oh Jenny! I was notorious for that when I was young! Do you have any magic erasers? They are amazing!
Ok Jen. . . Jer and I just got a good laugh out of this post, but we really probably shouldn't have considering what's coming our way! At least nothing was too permanently damaged.
Michelle
two words "magic eraser" best product ever for future Picasos, I used it all the time on the works of art my Cezannes leave all over the house.
Oh my word! This looks all too familiar. Ditto what the others said about the magic erasers! And make him help you clean it! Oh for the love of BOYS!
You were telling me about this the other day and the pictures just make it all that much more enjoyable. I am so lucky that Tab hasn't been too bad, but then again we only recently invested in something other than color wonder markers.
