We are surviving the heat wave that is hitting the area. Harsh thunderstorms keep popping up randomly every couple days. One hit pretty hard last week causing a lot of tree damage and power outages to the area. Our trees took a beating with several downed branches and we lost power for 24 hours. I consider ourselves lucky, as many dealt with much worse.
We enjoyed a hot, happy holiday. We did a BBQ and fireworks with a few families. Here are the kids doing pops and sparklers.

And here is our 2 month old cutie trying out her Bumbo seat.
We are gearing up for a trip home to Utah in two weeks! But we are driving it... Ugh.
