Surgery Day

Jordan had a complication with his circumcision as a baby, which they call meatal stenosis. He had to have a very small corrective surgery. Because he is so young and it was in a delicate area, they had to use anesthesia. Because of the famous blizzard that hit at the beginning of February, the surgery was postponed until Saturday. We got to be in downtown Detroit at 6am.

The before:
Happy to get super hero stickers and to watch Saturday morning cartoons!

The After:
Can I please have something to drink?
The worse part was not allowing him to eat or drink until after the surgery. That was torture. We were out by 10am and now all is well.

Poor guy! Glad it's over and all went well. I can't believe how grown-up all your kids are. It will be great to see you all at graduation!
