Birthday Boys!

We had some fun birthday celebrations this week!

Jordan has been working on holding up three fingers. He holds up his four fingers and that darn pinky doesn't want to stay down. It is so funny to watch him think and work to get it right! He has been so excited for his train birthday, except he didn't even eat a piece of his cake! Teaches me to ever make him a cake! He was too excited to open presents. Luckily he made up for it and had some cake the next day. I've mentioned it before, but for those who don't know, Jordan missed sharing his Daddy's birthday by 20 minutes. I'm glad to keep them on separate days.

We had candles that we never used last year, so he is 27, plus one! You do the math. We got him an ice cream cake with his favorite blizzard flavors. The kids were SOOO excited to get him the game of "Operation" so that he can play it with them (so fitting for a soon-to-be doctor!) Hey the game said for ages 6 and up.... so that includes Tyler (even though our kids aren't even 6 yet-- who follows the age recommendations anyway?) Don't worry, Tyler got his golf clubs he's been wanting as his real present!

Thanks for the blog invite...and the birthday iinvite! Miles had a great time. He didn't eat much cake either, but don't worry...I didn't let it go to waste. :)

Fun birthdays!!! I also got the game Operation for Breck for Christmas....I did notice the same thing, ages 6 and up. But hey, Breck is better than me at the game. I'm sure you see the same things with your own kids!

I am also making a train cake for Brecken's third birthday in a couple weeks! He is addicted to trains! He sleeps with them and we can't leave the house without bringing one with us....is that how Jordan is??

It's fun to see your little family just growing up! Your kids are all super cute!

Happy Birthday to the two boys. I think the game is very fitting too.

Love the cakes! I've always wanted to play Operation...never have. For some reason it scares Carter.
