Baby Gavin was 9 days overdue! I was scheduled to be induced at 7:30 a.m. this morning. I started to have real contractions at 4:30. I woke up Tyler at 5 am and knew I couldn't wait much longer. We got to the hospital and I went too fast to get any pain medications, so I experienced a natural labor! Yikes... it was quite the emotional experience.9lbs, 20 inches long
Gavin is sporting some handsome red hair that runs in both of our families. Makenzie loves her new baby brother and isn't bothered by the fact that the sister she requested didn't come. Jordan is oblivious to the new situation and has been more interested in playing with all the buttons and gadgets in the hospital room.
I'll post more pictures as the days go by. Newborn pics aren't always the best :)

Jordan was mocking Tyler with the hospital phone while he was making phone calls.
Doesn't he look like a little old man? He was getting his first bath.

What a cutie! He looks so healthy and already doesn't look much like a newborn! It must be the extra cookin' time! Aida was so excited to see him and especially Makenzie holding him. Congrats again!

We are so happy for you guys. I had the same intense fast , no med birth with Tyler. Pretty darn intense huh? I am so glad we get to see you this Christmas. We love you guys.

Congrats!!! He is so cute! He is probably the biggest baby in the nursery right! I had to laugh when I went down their after Carter was born, everyone kept pointing at the "big" baby in the nursery because Carter was 9 pounds 4 1/2 ounces and 2 1/2 weeks early, but he was c-section, you are amazing!!!
